How to sort the waste

In Sweden garbage needs to be seperated. There are different waste bins under the sink. Here you can find the information about doing it right.

In Sweden garbage needs to be seperated. Please sort the waste as followed:

Bin 1

Food waste

food scraps, fruit and vegetable scraps, eggshells, bread, coffee grounds, coffee filter, tea bags, paper towels, napkins, ...

→ Put it in the brown paper bag under the sink, then in bin 1

Paper

cardboard packaging, milk packets, juice packets, pasta cartons, flour bags, wrapping paper, ...

→ collect in one place, Flatten to save space and then throw it in Bin 1

Colored glass

colored wine bottles, juice bottles, beer bottles, ...

→ collect in one place and throw it in Bin 1

Newspapers

newspapers, flyers, office paper, magazines

→ collect in one place and throw it in Bin 1

Bin 2

Plastic

shampoo bottles, ketchup bottles, plastic bags, containers, ...

→ collect in one place, flatten to save space and then throw it in Bin 2

Household Waste

paper towels, toilet paper, tampons, sanitary towel, diapers, cotton swab, tooth brush, envelopes, ...

→ put it in the plastic bag under the sink and then throw it in Bin 2

Clear Glass

transparent wine bottles, juice bottles, beer bottles, ...

→ collect in one place and throw it in Bin 2

Metal Packaging

in cans, aluminum foil, metal lids, tubes

→ collect in one place and throw it in Bin 2

Before checkout

Please throw the waste in the big bins on the other side of the street. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. If you’re not sure about something you can also leave it in the entrance. We will sort it then after your departure.
