Upon arrival, you can easily rent a car directly at the airport, with major providers such as Hertz, Avis, and Europcar conveniently located on-site. We highly recommend renting a car, as it offers the most flexible and convenient way to explore the beautiful Swedish countryside.

  1. From the airport, follow the signs for Route 40 East towards Borås.
  2. After approximately 30 minutes, take Exit 83 (Viaredsmötet) towards Route 27 Karlskrona/Varberg. Continue on Route 27 until you reach Limmared.
  3. At Limmared, turn left onto Muntebovägen/Route 157 heading towards Ulricehamn.
  4. After about 4 km, stay on Route 157 by turning left again towards Ulricehamn.
  5. After approximately 9 km, turn right onto Torsbovägen and follow it for 1.3 km. Then, turn right onto Dalstorpsvägen, which continues as O 1728 Dalstorpsvägen, for another 2.5 km.
  6. Finally, turn left onto Kyrkvägen and continue for 2.7 km. Make a slight right, and your destination will be on the right.

If you’re coming from Germany or Poland by ferry, you’ll likely arrive at Trelleborg Port. From here, it’s a pleasant drive through the Swedish countryside

  1. Exit Trelleborg Port: Head east on Travemündeallén/E22/E6 and follow signs for E6 North towards Malmö.
  2. Merge onto E20/E6: Take Exit 12 Trafikplats Petersborg (E6/E20/E22) towards Hamn/ Göteborg/ Kalmar. Continue on E6 for about 145 km, then take Exit 45 towards Route 26 Jönköping.
  3. Follow Route 26: Stay on Route 26 for approximately 85 km, passing through several roundabouts. Take the exit onto Route 27 towards Göteborg/ Tranemo/ Karlskrona/ Anderstorp/ Gislaved.
  4. Merge onto Route 156: After about 23 km, exit Route 27 and turn left onto Route 156 towards Jönköping/ Svenljunga/ Tranemo.
  5. Final Approach: Continue on Route 156 for approximately 12 km. Turn left onto O 1725 towards Dalstorp and follow it for about 6 km. At the roundabout, proceed straight onto Kyrkvägen.
  6. Arrive at Kaerrabo: Continue for another 5 km, passing a lake on your right and heading slightly uphill. Drive through a small forest, and after exiting the forest, your destination will be on the right.

If you’re coming from Denmark you have the possibility to use the Öresund Bridge to get to Sweden. Here are some instructions how to get to Kaerrabo:

  1. Exit the Öresund Bridge: After crossing the bridge, continue on E20/E6 towards Malmö. Follow the signs for E6 North towards Göteborg.
  2. Merge onto E6: Stay on the E6 motorway and continue towards Göteborg. Continue on E6 for about 145 km, then take Exit 45 towards Route 26 Jönköping.
